In plain language
There is no YUZI account. YUZI uses no analytics, no ads, no tracking and no backend for Slow Down. The app includes no third-party SDK collection. The app binary does not send personal data or a record of how or when you use a practice to YUZI. The limited website and support processing described below is separate from the app.
What stays on your device
Your app preferences, reminder choices and optional practice history are stored on your device. The iPhone app and iPhone widget share this information only through Apple’s on-device App Group storage. Through WatchConnectivity, Apple Watch receives only the settings and subscription entitlement state needed for its companion experience. YUZI does not receive this information.
Purchases
Apple independently handles purchases and subscriptions through the App Store and StoreKit. YUZI does not receive or store your payment-card details. Apple’s own terms and privacy practices apply to that relationship.
Notifications
Slow Down can schedule reminders through the operating system only after you grant notification permission. You can change or revoke that permission in system settings.
Website access
When you visit this website, the hosting provider may technically process your IP address, requested page, date and time, and browser information in access logs. This is used only to deliver the site and protect its security and reliability. Retention depends on the provider’s operational configuration and is limited to what is necessary for those purposes. YUZI does not use these logs for analytics, advertising or tracking.
When you contact support
If you voluntarily contact support by email or phone, YUZI uses your contact details and the information you provide only to respond and resolve your request. Support correspondence is retained only while needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations, then deleted when it is no longer necessary.
Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal data you have voluntarily sent to YUZI, or object to or restrict its processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact info@yuzi.nl to make a request.
Wellbeing, not healthcare
Slow Down supports general wellbeing and mindful breathing. It is not a medical treatment, diagnosis, emergency service or replacement for care from a qualified professional.
